Nestled in the rooftop of the building is Dylan McGrath’s latest adventure, hailed by critics and completely unique to Dublin. Explore an extensive menu of Japanese dishes with South American influences. With 4 grades of wagyu beef available we have something to suit everybody.

Our open plan kitchen is the heart of the room and brings a new dimension to your overall dining experience.  With 54 seats, Taste can be booked for private meetings and events from Monday to Thursday.

Private dining available for groups from 30 to 55 people.
