Nestled in the rooftop of the building is Dylan McGrath’s latest adventure, hailed by critics and completely unique to Dublins’ private dining scene. Explore an extensive menu of Japanese dishes with South American influences. With 4 grades of Wagyu beef available, we have something to suit everybody when looking for fine dining, private dining & corporate event spaces.

Our open plan kitchen is the heart of the room and brings a new dimension to your overall private dining experience. With 55 seats, Taste can be booked for private dining meetings and corporate events from Monday to Thursday with access to our in-house PA & AV systems.

Personalised menus with company logos are also available upon request for your corporate dining experience.

Our dedicated Events Manager is on hand to help you tailor any event to your liking, from team building sessions, private dining, corporate events and board meetings.
